Job Description
About Position:
D365 Technical CRM professional with strong hands?on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), specializing in configuration, customization, and development across core CRM modules, including Project Operations. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Azure?based integrations using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and related services to enable seamless system connectivity.

What You'll Do:
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE / CRM) solutions across Service, Sales, Customer Insights Journeys (Marketing), and Field Service modules
- Support and contribute to Project Operations implementation by quickly upskilling and aligning with project delivery needs
- Develop and enhance CRM functionality using C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and actions to meet complex business requirements
- Build and support Azure?based integrations using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus / Topics for seamless data exchange
- Implement and manage Power Platform solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline business processes
- Manage end?to?end ALM activities including source control, builds, deployments, and releases using Azure DevOps
- Collaborate closely with functional teams, stakeholders, and integration partners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure solution quality through structured development practices, deployment governance, and ongoing support
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, with hands?on experience in configuration, customization, and extensibility
- Proven C# development capability for plugins, workflows, and custom actions aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Solid experience in Azure Integration Services, enabling robust and scalable enterprise integrations
- Practical knowledge of the Power Platform, enabling low?code and automation?driven enhancements
- Experience working in enterprise delivery environments using Azure DevOps for CI/CD and ALM
- Ability to quickly adapt to new modules such as Project Operations and contribute effectively to ongoing implementations
- Strong problem?solving, requirement?analysis, and stakeholder?collaboration skills
- A delivery?focused mindset with awareness of scalability, maintainability, and performance
