Job Description

Are you passionate about managing employee lifecycle processes and driving HR excellence? Join us as a Senior HR Executive and play a key role in enabling smooth HR operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee experience across the organization.

What Youll Do

  • Handle end-to-end HR activities including onboarding, documentation, compliance, HR MIS, trackers, organizational systems, and performance management within defined timelines.
  • Consult with line managers and provide HR support under the guidance of HR leadership.
  • Build strong employee relationships and support managers in engaging teams effectively.
  • Receive, acknowledge, and resolve employee queries and requests in a timely and accountable manner.
  • Ensure all HR records are accurate, updated, and compliant; provide information to stakeholders as required.
  • Manage HR compliance requirements and provide timely status updates to HR leadership.
  • Contribute to and execute employee engagement activities in collaboration with the Communication & Engagement team.

Your Skillset

  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations or HRBP roles.
  • Hands-on experience in onboarding execution and conducting induction programs.
  • Experience in preparing appointment letters, agreements, and maintaining HR documentation.
  • Knowledge of background verification processes and compliance tracking.
  • Experience in handling audit requirements and supporting documentation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
