Job Description
Role Details:
Work Location: Approved VCC Locations
Work Mode: Work From Home with limited locations
Locations Available: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Kerala, West Bengal
Domestic Relocation: Not provided
Shift: Night shifts (shift starts from 6 PM), rotational week offs
Joining Timeline: Within 15 to 20 days
Contract : 12 months
Education: Graduation is mandatory (must be completed)
Basic qualifications:
- 3+ years of human resources experience
- Knowledge of HR systems
- 1+ years of experience in fraud or related investigations
- 3+ years of human resources experience
- Knowledge of HR systems
- Basic familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of when AI-assisted research or summarization is appropriate versus when human judgment is required
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), including the ability to use filters, pivot tables, and basic formulas in Excel
- Experience drafting professional documents and communicating effectively via email
- Demonstrated ability to cross-reference data across multiple systems (e.g., HRIS, case management, or ticketing platforms)
- Experience using online research tools and databases to locate and verify information
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience that has required the exercise of tact, initiative, ingenuity, resourcefulness, and judgment in collecting, assembling, and developing facts, evidence and other pertinent data through investigative techniques
- Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of federal and state disability laws regarding employees with disabilities, specifically ADA/ADAAA and FMLA
- Adept at interpretation and administration of leave and disability programs and policies in accordance with applicable federal and state laws
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working cross functionally with varying levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in investigation scenarios
