Job Description

Purpose of the role:

The ESS Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for ESS (Electronic Security Systems) spend data analysis, spend categorisation and reporting, suppliers contracts analysis, price benchmarking as well as preparing data for various global RFPs and RFQs. This is a critical role that will contribute to the success of Global ESS Procurement by providing a detailed layer of spend & data analysis in order to support the delivery of the ESS Procurement Strategy through sourcing, sustainability and supplier management.

Key Accountabilities:

The ESS Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting various sets of data, mainly deriving from the ESS spend of over 35 different countries globally.
Provide management information reporting, supporting the ESS leadership team to deliver the ESS Procurement and Business Strategy.
Create, manage and cleanse well structured data flows from multiple sources that feed into a dedicated dashboard for the ESS spend.
Challenge business units /countries when spend data is not delivered in time and/or data quality is not adequate.
Engage with the designated key suppliers to provide parallel ESS spend data. Compare and reconcile this data with the one collected in-house.

Technical Education:

Advanced user of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of an ERP system i.e. Oracle/SAP preferable.
Experienced user of BI Tools such as Tableau/PowerBI/Looker Studio
