Job Description

Purpose of the role:

The ESS Procurement Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for ESS (Electronic Security Systems) spend data analysis, spend categorisation and reporting, suppliers contracts analysis, prices benchmarking as well as preparing data for various global RFPs and RFQs. This is a critical role that will contribute to the success of Global ESS Procurement by providing a detailed layer of spend & data analysis in order to support the delivery of the ESS Procurement Strategy through sourcing, sustainability and supplier management.

Key Accountabilities:

The ESS Procurement Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for the ESS spend data collection and the associated analytics that will provide management information to support the ESS leadership team in delivering the ESS Procurement and Business Strategy.
S/he will work together with the other ESS Procurement Data Analysts in the team in collecting, analyzing and reporting various sets of data, mainly deriving from the ESS spend of over 35 different countries across the globe.
Will challenge business units /countries when spend data is not delivered in time and/or data quality is not adequate.
S/he will support the ESS leadership team in engaging with the designated key suppliers for data collection initiatives, RFPs, RFQs and / or contract negotiations.

Technical Education:

Advanced user of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of an ERP system i.e. Oracle/SAP preferable.
Experienced user of BI Tools such as Tableau/PowerBI/Looker Studio
