Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Category Focus (Mandatory):
- Marketing Procurement (Agencies, Media, Digital)
- Facilities / FM Services (IFM, AMC, Soft/Hard Services)
- IT / Professional Services (Software, SaaS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across assigned indirect categories (Marketing, Facilities, IT/PS)
- Manage RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), supplier evaluation, and vendor selection
- Drive contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements and category objectives
- Build and manage supplier relationships, performance tracking, and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into SOWs and sourcing plans
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and supplier analysis
- Manage spend analysis, tail spend, and spot buying activities
- Track KPIs, savings, and supplier performance metrics
- Support contract lifecycle management in coordination with legal teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Work in a client-facing environment, ensuring SLA adherence
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5to 8 years of experience in procurement / strategic sourcing
- Mandatory experience in at least one or more categories:
- Marketing procurement (agency/media sourcing)
- Facilities / FM services (AMC, IFM, soft/hard services)
- IT / Professional Services sourcing (software, SaaS)
- Strong experience in RFx, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Good understanding of indirect procurement and category management
- Experience in stakeholder / client-facing roles
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Exposure to ERP / e-sourcing tools (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Good to Have
- Experience in IT and professional Service
- Exposure to e-auctions
- Basic team handling / mentoring experience
