Job Description
Skillset
- Min 6 months of experience in any domain
- University or College degree
- Technical aptitude; must be able to quickly learn products/services and order management activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Responsibility
- Maintain databases and internal tools.
- Execute and maintain processes including
Managing order, creating order id, managing order purchase,
End-of-life product updates
- Handle emails
- SLA tracking, and handling client calls/escalation process.
- Ensure meeting SLAs and measuring KPIs, day-to-day query resolution, and timely process escalations.
- Quality Initiatives and Identifying automation initiatives.
Shift: 24x5 including night shift
Location: Chennai Sholinganallur CDC5
Perk: 1 way cab
Documents to carry: Aadhar card and 2 copies of resume (Mention the HR - Raushan Ara on the top of the CV)
Dress Code: should be dressed properly and must basic interview etiquettes.
