Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Software Support L2 professional to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system software support and excellent problem-solving skills.
 
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and enhance system performance.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of system logs and debug code to identify root causes of issues.
  • Create detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support of critical systems.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in system software support with a focus on L2 support.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and software development principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
