Job Description

Reach out to working and non-working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, emails, referrals, and walk-ins

Present and pitch Ferilion Labs offerings (Java, Python, SAP, Oracle, etc.) with clarity and confidence

Explain course structure, trainers expertise, certifications, placement support, and career outcomes

Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments

Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and enrollment data in CRM/LMS systems

Coordinate with trainers, placement, and operations teams for smooth onboarding

Build long-term relationships with learners and ensure a positive enrollment experience

Candidates having 1 to 2 years experience can also apply

Work location Bangalore

Excellent Communication Skills mandatory

Any certification in IT - SAP, DATA Analyst etc
