About the Role
You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and integrity of IT Production reporting solutions. This is not a development roleits about support, monitoring, and issue resolutionkeeping our IT production stable and resilient across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for reporting issues in IT Group Production.
Provide functional support for ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Monitor scheduled reports and automated distributions daily.
Perform data reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Document recurring issues, remediation actions, and maintain updated support documentation.
Collaborate with Paris teams on operational dashboards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team knowledge base.
What Were Looking For
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Reporting & ITSM modules.
Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT Production environments.
Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
Prior L1/L2 support experience.
Behavioral Skills
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Team player with an Agile mindset.
Ability to synthesize complex information and support change.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience (reports & dashboards).
ServiceNow CSA Certification required.
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
