Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Training and Change Management Engineer to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in training and change management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to meet organizational needs.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training materials.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in using technology for training delivery and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with change management processes and procedures is desirable.
