Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Software Support L3 professional to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system software support and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and enhance system performance.
Develop and implement solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Conduct thorough analysis of system logs and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Create detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support coverage.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in system software support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and software applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to document troubleshooting steps.
