Journey Building: Build and test end-to-end customer journeys based on provided technical blueprints, ensuring correct logic, wait times, and split paths.
Message Production: Develop and maintain responsive message templates for Email, SMS, and Push. Assist in the technical configuration of Direct Mail triggers.
Dynamic Personalization: Utilize Expression Editor and Handlebars to implement basic to mid-level personalization (e.g., if/else logic based on profile attributes).
Segment Validation: Work within AEP to validate that segments are populating correctly and that the right profiles are entering the intended journeys.
Offer Decisioning Support: Assist in the setup of Offer Management components, including placements, rules, and collections for automated content delivery.
QA & Troubleshooting: Perform rigorous testing of journeys in sandbox environments, identifying and fixing broken links, personalization errors, or logic gaps before deployment.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years in MarTech; 2+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Execution Skills: Proven ability to deploy multi-channel campaigns (Email/SMS/Push) and an understanding of how AJO interacts with the AEP Real-time Customer Profile.
