Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Enable Serve as primary point of contact for internal Adobe marketing teams requiring process onboarding & daily run-the-business support
• Monitor & Measure Empower team with operational insight and standard methodologies to improve platform performance
• Collaborate Partner with operational process or functional tool owners to reduce errors and address issues

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong background managing marketing technology and marketing automation. Experience rolling out new MarTech is a plus
• Certified Marketo expertise: Experience with hands-on administration, configuration and production in Marketo
• Knowledge of Salesforce or Dynamics and other marketing automation point solution integrations
• Strong analytical skills. Ability to build, analyse and report operational metrics
• Strong written and verbal communicator, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner
• Comfortable working in a complex technical environment in a highly matrixed organization
• Ability to summarize and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience driving projects from start-to-finish, even when faced with deep complexity and ambigui
