Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • AEP Configuration: Hands-on setup of XDM Schemas, Identity Namespaces, and Data Ingestion (Batch & Streaming).
  • Profile & Segments: Build and validate Real-time Customer Profiles and complex segments to power marketing use cases.
  • Implementation Support: Assist in deploying Web/Mobile SDKs and configuring basic journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • POC Support: Develop functional Proof of Concepts under the guidance of senior architects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot data flows and integration issues.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 4+ years in Digital Marketing/Data; 2+ years specifically in AEP.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in RT-CDP, AEP UI, Query Service (SQL), and Mapping.
  • Supporting Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Web/Mobile SDK tagging.
