Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support professional to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support and technical troubleshooting, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve application efficiency and reliability.
  • Analyze and report on technical issues and trends to inform product development.
  • Train and guide junior team members on technical best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of technical support principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with application support and troubleshooting tools and technologies.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
