Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, TPRM, BCM, CCM).
Develop workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and IRM Workspaces.
Work on scripting (Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes).
Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Provide platform support, upgrades, documentation, and audit evidence.
Work closely with business and compliance stakeholders.

Required Skills

3 to 8 years of ServiceNow experience with strong GRC/IRM handson exposure.
Good understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory concepts.
Experience in workspace/portal development and platform maintenance.
Strong communication and stakeholderhandling skills.

Certifications

ServiceNow CSA Mandatory
CAD / CISIRM Good to have
