Position Overview:
As an integral part of our Managed Services team, the Senior System Administrator specializes in troubleshooting complete infrastructures, including wired, Wi-Fi, and security frameworks, with a strong focus on Windows servers, Azure, Firewall, Office 365, Exchange server, Backups and Networking. This role requires a proactive, self-starting individual who can manage multiple projects from design through implementation, effectively communicate technical information to a variety of audiences, and drive projects to successful completion. This highly client-facing position demands excellent service skills across phone, email, and remote assistance platforms, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required skills:
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- The candidate should be comfortable to work on Exchange servers and M365.
- The candidate should possess hands -on experience of windows servers.
- The candidate should be aware and knowledge of 3rd party backup tools (Veeam, Datto and Acronis)
- The candidate must possess experience of Networking and can work on port forwarding.
- The candidate should have experience of Firewalls (SonicWALL, Palo Alto, FortiGate etc.)
- The candidate should have hands-on troubleshooting experience of Desktop, printer issues, DNS and DHCP issues.
- Any experience on RMM and Ticketing tools is preferable.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience on Azure and Azure AD.
Education and/or Experience:
- Any Technical qualifications (BCA, Btech, B.Sc IT).
- Desirable Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) and MCSA certifications
- Preferably AZ900/AZ104 certification.
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP certification is highly valued.
