Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support professional to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system software and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system software.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for customer requests and issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of system software and technical support principles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with customer relationship management tools and software.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
