Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Software Support L1 professional to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system software support and excellent problem-solving skills.
 
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and enhance product quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create documentation and training materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support coverage.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in system software support with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, applications, and networking protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
