Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
Negotiate salary packages and other benefits with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
