Job Description
- Experience Required: 2-4 Years into BFS/Banking Recruitment
- Qualification: Graduates
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social hiring, references).
- Experience in BFSI hiring ,Accounting & Finance(IT/Non-IT).
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Strong screening and assessment capability.
- Good English communication (verbal & written).
- Ability to work on multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Target-driven and comfortable with hiring numbers.
- Specifically looking for a strong and proactive source.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in passive candidate sourcing.
- Should demonstrate strong market mapping and talent pipeline building skills.
- Quick turnaround time (TAT) focus.
- Shift Timing: General
- Working Days: 5 days (Alternate Saturdays Half Day Working)
