Business Analyst @ Hexaware Technologies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute UAT, system testing, and parallel runs for P&A processes
• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations (positions, trades, pricing, FX, benchmarks)
• Identify, analyze, and triage data breaks between systems
• Document defects, track progress, and retest fixes
• Validate P&A outputs (returns, benchmarks, attribution components)
• Prepare test evidence, logs, and structured status updates
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for issue resolution
• Support project deliverables, timelines, and reporting

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Performance & Attribution or Investment Operations
• Strong handson experience with reconciliation, data validation, and break analysis
• Understanding of P&A methodologies (TWR, benchmark returns, attribution basics)
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and investigate mismatches
• Good communication skills with ability to work independently
