Client Onboarding Specialist

Location: Karadi, Pune

Experience Required: Minimum 45 years

Shift: Flexible with Night Shifts

Work Schedule: 4 Days from Office

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (up to 30 days notice acceptable) Region Focus: US Client Onboarding (US holidays to be followed)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in AML/KYC and Client Onboarding for the US region. The role involves preparing and maintaining client profiles, conducting periodic reviews, and ensuring due diligence during onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client profile preparation for new and existing clients.
• Conducting periodic reviews to ensure compliance.
• Performing due diligence and leveraging online tools, independent research, or collaborating with relationship managers.
• Amending existing client profiles when required.
• Assisting with administrative tasks and conducting real-time QSS scans to verify ownership against databases.
• Communicating with internal stakeholders for information gathering.
• Contributing to team goals and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 45 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC, client onboarding, trading, brokerage, fraud, or law.
• Prior exposure to US region onboarding processes.
• Flexible to work in night shifts and follow US holidays.
• Immediate availability preferred.
