Job Description
- Executive with 4-6 years of proven experience in International IT Sales (US/UK/Middle East)
- Qualification: BBA/MBA/BE/B
- Tech/MCA/BSC/MSC(IT)
- Responsibilities: Engage with potential leads and convert to business opportunities; independently schedule client calls/meetings/presentations; draft, review and manage SOWs, proposals, and contracts; schedule and conduct client calls across global time zones; generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, cold calling; maintain and optimize CRM; build long-term client relationships; prepare and present regular sales reports; conduct market research
- Requirements: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; strong understanding of IT services; proven experience in client acquisition, project pitching, and proposal writing; hands-on experience with CRM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Fiber, Good Firm, Ziniq); familiarity with dedicated hiring/offshore resource hiring models; expertise in outbound and inside sales
- Good to Have: Prior exposure to Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or agency partnerships
