• Manage end-to-end hiring for permanent and C2H roles
• Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Screen candidates and validate technical skills, experience, and C2H fit
• Coordinate interviews and drive quick closures
• Handle for permanent and contract hiring (rate negotiation, onboarding follow-ups)
• Manage offer rollout, salary/rate negotiation, and joining process
