Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer with hands-on experience across ITSM,
ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules. You will design, develop, and implement scalable solutions aligned with
ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across (ITSM / GRC/ITOM/ Now Mobile / Mobile Agent/ App Engine /CSM) Build workflows using Flow Designer and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs
Customize platform components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Service Catalog)
Create dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics
Ensure OOB-first, upgrade-safe development and code quality
Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers
Required Skills
3years of ServiceNow development experience (ITSM /Integration / App
Engine /CSM) Strong JavaScript (client & server-side)
Hands-on with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs
Knowledge of CMDB, ACLs, and platform architecture
Certifications CSA (mandatory / preferred)
Any: CIS (ITSM / Now Mobile / Mobile Agent/ App Engine /CSM)
