Job Summary:
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team Process Consultants engaged in process discovery, mapping, and documentation for our overseas client. This role involves acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the onshore UST representative, ensuring effective communication, quality assurance, governance, and risk management for the engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills, in addition to expertise in process mapping.
