Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting targets.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.
