Your Impact
As an Associate Sales Trainee you will learn how to progress deals through the Introduction, Discovery, and Custom Demonstration stages with guidance from experienced team members. Learn to collaborate with Key Account Managers and participate in marketing events, gaining exposure to successful event execution and client engagement strategies. Participate in client-facing activities such as presentations, proposals, business case development, and product demonstrations, building communication and technical skills. Develop foundational knowledge in Sales Analytics and Sales Process excellence by shadowing senior sales engineers and engaging in hands-on training. Observe and understand how leaders inspire teams to drive growth, foster accountability, and prepare accurate sales forecasts for senior management. Learn to prioritize initiatives and focus areas by adopting disciplined use of sales systems, tools, processes, and methodologies under mentorship. Participate in cross-functional collaborations and learn how to contribute to segment strategies and high-impact growth initiatives alongside senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have completed a 4 year Bachelor s Degree.
- Must have good communication skills, passion for technology and the desire to learn with proactive engagement in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- You should have Bachelor s degree (4 Years) in any stream with no active backlogs.
- Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
