Job Description

Spinny is looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our dynamic HR team.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48

Duration - 6 Months Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eligibility: Must be Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 50-60 calls per day to potential candidates for different roles.
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Keep track of the hired candidates for one week post joining.
• Update and maintain candidate information in Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the HR team for smooth onboarding processes.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Dedicated and hardworking attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Excel for data management.
• Ability to multitask and handle daily targets
