Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, from requisition tracking to candidate joining
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Track and analyze hiring metrics to improve speed and quality of hiring
Coordinate interviews, drive feedback loops, and ensure timely closures
Act as a bridge between candidates and internal stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

1-2 years of experience in recruitment (tech + non-tech hiring preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment simultaneously
Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Structured thinking with a strategic approach to problem-solving
Demonstrates high ownership and accountability in day-to-day work
Ability to prioritize effectively and execute with speed in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through on tasks
