Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify talent gaps.
Collaborate with hiring managers/account managers to design job descriptions, develop interview questions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
Job Requirements :
4-8 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment.
Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns for complex technical positions.
Strong understanding of technology hiring trends and industry best practices in IT recruitment.
Excellent recruitment skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
