Position Overview:


We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Individual for Customer Support representative role for our US clients infrastructure management. You will be responsible to provide online assistance to US customers related to form submissions. Being a customer care representative, is an excellent job opportunity to start your career as IT Support and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Required skills: Excellent Interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge about internet browsers EDGE, Mozilla and Firefox
Basic understanding of Operating systems (windows)


Education and/or Experience: Any qualifications.
0.6 - 3 years of experience.
