Profile- Customer Support Executive

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all touchpoints.

Salary-

1. Lucknow-

Fresher- upto 17k CTC + 2700 Quarterly bonus

Experienced- upto 21k CTC + 2700 Quarterly bonus

2. Noida-

Fresher- upto 22k CTC

Experienced- upto 30k CTC

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility

• Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream)
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer support is a plus
