Job Description

Position Overview:


A digital marketing specialist is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and managing all digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role involves developing data-driven marketing strategies, overseeing paid campaigns, driving brand presence, generating leads, and analyzing performance metrics to improve ROI.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email, and content.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for performance and ROI.
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Create and manage lead generation funnels, including landing pages and conversion paths.
  • Implement marketing automation for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Oversee SEO, keyword research, and content to improve organic visibility.
  • Manage social media planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor website performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales to align lead quality and conversions.
  • Maintain CRM data and track leads across the funnel.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and manage online reputation.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, tools, and channels.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and industry standards

Required skills:


  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms:
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Meta Business Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent content strategy and social media management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of brand positioning.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Shift timing and working hours:


  • Day / Rotational shift
  • 5 days working from the office
