Job Description

Accounts Executive GetFriday
Location: Bengaluru
Shift: General Shift
Experience: 1-3 Years
Qualification: BCom / MCom / MBA

Roles & Responsibilities

Handling day-to-day accounting transactions and ledger entries
Bank, Credit Card, Inventory, and other ledger reconciliations (BRS)
Managing Accounts Payables and Receivables
Resolving bookkeeping discrepancies by coordinating with Team Leads and Clients
Generating reports such as Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statements
Monitoring project/account progress regularly

Key Skills Required

Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
Good communication skills
Customer-centric approach
Planning and time management
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with willingness to learn
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)

Added Advantage

Experience with QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero
Knowledge of US GAAP
Experience in Auditor/CA firms
