Executive ( for Billing / Advanced Excel) Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel to manage invoicing, billing MIS, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large datasets, ensuring billing accuracy, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices (AMC / Service / Sales) as per contract terms
• Handle GST billing, TDS, and pricing validations
• Prepare Excel-based MIS reports & dashboards
• Perform reconciliation (Invoice vs PO vs Payments)
• Track outstanding payments & resolve billing disputes
• Coordinate with internal hu sales, and service teams

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas
• Working knowledge of Business Central or Navision preferred
• Strong understanding of GST & billing processes

• B.Com / Finance / Accounts background
• 25 years of relevant experience
