Job Description

Role Title: Cash Collections Analyst

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Hyderabad (From Office)

CTC Range: 5 - 7.5 LPA

Role Overview

We are hiring a Cash Collections Analyst to manage end-to-end collections within the Accounts Receivable (AR) function. The role focuses on improving cash flow, reducing overdue balances, and ensuring strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage AR collections, including follow-ups via calls, emails, and dunning
Monitor aging reports and identify overdue accounts
Ensure timely cash realization and reduce DSO
Resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments
Perform account reconciliations
Maintain accurate customer master data
Collaborate with Sales and Operations for issue resolution
Ensure adherence to SOX and internal controls
Support reporting and analysis of collection metrics
