About Us:

We are a fast-growing US-based eCommerce company with our India HQ in Kolkata, managing a portfolio of heritage tea brands and scaling them into successful digital businesses. We operate across DTC websites and major marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, using data-driven marketing to drive sustainable growth. As we expand our online presence, were looking for a performance-focused marketer to support our paid advertising and SEO efforts.


Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will support our online advertising and SEO execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, and organic search. Your role will focus on monitoring performance, executing campaigns, implementing SEO best practices, and turning data into clear, actionable insights. Youll work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure our digital channels run efficiently and consistently contribute to growth.


What Youll Do

  • Execute SEO initiatives, including keyword planning, on-page optimisation, internal linking, and technical SEO implementation support.
  • Support SEO scaling plans across category, collection, and product pages using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Monitor and fix technical SEO issues such as indexing, crawl errors, page speed, and Core Web Vitals in coordination with the tech team.
  • Review Amazon and Walmart ad performance reports from agencies and flag gaps in spend efficiency and ROAS.
  • Monitor Meta Ads performance daily using Meta Ads Manager and coordinate with the agency on optimisations and fixes.
  • Track Meta metrics, including spend, CPA, ROAS, CTR, frequency, and conversions.
  • Execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) using Google Ads Manager.
  • Launch and manage YouTube Ads campaigns, including targeting, budget pacing, and performance optimisation.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and dashboards with clear insights and action items.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO (technical + on-page)
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
  • Comfortable working US business hours.
  • Open to work-from-home / remote setup (Kolkata-based).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with performance data.
