Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA (Manual & Automation) professional with 3-5 years of RCM industry experience. As a QA (Manual & Automation), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual testing and the development and execution of automated test scripts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.
Work in an Agile environment and adhere to all QA best practices.
Perform manual and automated testing (functional, integration, regression).
Identify, report, and track bugs using issue tracking systems.
Collaborate with development teams to address defects and improve product quality.
Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and quality standards.
Maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
Experience in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing of web applications.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
Proficient in programming with a strong focus on Java.
Hands-on experience with Postman and Rest Assured for API testing.
Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries for database validation and data integrity checks.
Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools.
Understanding of continuous integration and delivery pipelines for test automation.
Understanding Cloud technologies like AWS/Azure and micro-services, containers integration testing will be added advantage.
Preferred
Knowledge on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
STQB or equivalent QA certification.
Experience in RCM industry.
Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
