About the Role

As an Investor Relations (IR) Manager at EaseMyTrip.com, you will play a critical role in managing the companys relationships with investors, analysts, shareholders, and financial stakeholders. You will act as the key bridge between the companys leadership and the investment community, ensuring transparent, consistent, and accurate communication of EaseMyTrips business strategy, financial performance, and long-term vision. This role is central to strengthening market confidence, enhancing shareholder value, and supporting EMTs positioning as a trusted, governance-driven, publicly listed company. You will work closely with senior leadership, finance, legal, and strategy teams to align investor messaging with business objectives and regulatory requirements.


Role & Responsibilities

  1. Investor Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with EaseMyTrips business goals, growth plans, and capital market expectations.
  2. Earnings & Financial Communication: Manage quarterly and annual earnings communication, including investor presentations, earnings call scripts, result decks, press releases, and FAQs.
  3. Analyst & Investor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, mutual funds, sovereign funds, analysts, brokers, and rating agencies.
  4. Regulatory & Compliance Communication: Ensure all investor communications comply with SEBI, stock exchange, and disclosure regulations, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
  5. Market Intelligence & Feedback: Track investor sentiment, analyst reports, peer performance, and market trends; provide actionable insights and feedback to senior management.
  6. Investor Meetings & Roadshows: Organize and manage investor meetings, conference calls, non-deal roadshows (NDRs), investor conferences, and site visits.
  7. Crisis & Sensitive Communication: Support leadership during periods of market volatility, negative news, or sensitive disclosures with well-crafted, compliant messaging.
  8. Board & Leadership Support: Prepare briefing notes, Q&A documents, and talking points for promoters, CEO, CFO, and board members for investor interactions.
  9. IR Content Ownership: Own all investor-facing materials including investor presentations, fact sheets, annual reports (investor sections), and website IR pages.
  10. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor stock performance, shareholding patterns, analyst coverage, and investor outreach metrics; provide regular IR reports to leadership.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Listed Company IR Experience: Proven experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or financial communications, preferably in a listed company environment.
  2. Strong Capital Market Understanding: Deep understanding of equity markets, valuation drivers, financial statements, and investor expectations.
  3. Investor & Analyst Network: Established relationships with institutional investors, analysts, funds, and financial media.
  4. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex financial and strategic information to diverse stakeholder groups.
  5. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with SEBI regulations, disclosure norms, earnings processes, and corporate governance standards.
  6. Analytical & Financial Acumen: Comfortable analyzing financial performance, peer benchmarking, and market data to support investor narratives.
  7. Calm Under Pressure: Ability to manage sensitive situations, market rumors, and high-stakes disclosures with composure and clarity.
  8. Detail-Oriented & Structured: High attention to detail with strong documentation, reporting, and follow-up discipline.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Experience working closely with finance, legal, strategy, PR, and senior leadership teams.
  10. High Integrity & Confidentiality: Demonstrated professionalism in handling price-sensitive and confidential information.
