Role: IT Recruiter
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Location: Bangalore | Hybrid | 5 Days Working
Interview Mode: In-Person (F2F Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent positions
• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements
• Conduct market mapping, talent research, and proactive sourcing
• Ensure effective process management and adherence to recruitment timelines
• Maintain strong candidate relationship management throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Effectively communicate role requirements, company value proposition, and client expectations
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders for smooth hiring delivery

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3 - 6 years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience (Salesforce, Analytics, Data Science, Cloud, Java, .NET , React JS etc.)
• Hands-on experience in C2H hiring is mandatory
• Candidates from staffing/consulting background are preferred.
• Strong experience in sourcing methodologies including Boolean search, market mapping, and recruitment strategy execution
• Experience working on LinkedIn and other job portals
• Client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner with strong ownership mindset
