Job Description

Sr HR :

Required Skills & Competencies:

Should have 9+ years of actual experience as HR Executive (80% IT hiring & 20% Generalist) with reputed IT companies. (Exp range can be 9 yrs to 13 years)
Should be a Graduate + MBA (Full time). (Graduation in Engg / IT preferred, with strong long term experience in IT companies are also OK)
Should Good English communication & MS Excel skills.
Should be Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai resident. Ready to work 5 days WFO @ Prabhadevi.
Candidate should have hand on experience in Self sourcing vide Naukri, Campus drives, LinkedIN campaigns, Candidate connect, Salary negotiations.
