Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Hospital Experience is mandatory
- Candidate with prior experience in NABH accredited Hospital only
- To ensure all joining formalities are completed by the short-listed candidate before making him/her join the organization.
- Preparation & Issuance of Appointment Letter, JD & Clinical Privilege.
- Issuing NOC/Still working certificate to employees
- Creating Personal records in HIS
- HR Operational activities such as Issuing I card, Opening bank account etc. and maintaining records for the same
- Handling Payroll and leave management
- Ensuring all statutory compliances are followed and maintaining necessary reports and returns.
- Maintaining records and registers required to meet NABH Standards.
- To undertake any other task as and when assigned by the Supervisor/GM-HR or by the Management.
