JOB DESCRIPTION -  

           A Branch Manager in the Life Insurance Agency Channel manages branch operations, drives new business premium (NBP) targets, and recruits/develops insurance advisors. They lead Sales Managers to expand the agency force, ensuring compliance with IRDAI regulations. Key roles include team motivation, productivity improvement, and local marketing to build the channel.
