Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven freshers to join as Sales Executives for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales in Pune. The role involves client acquisition, lead generation, and guiding customers through the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and networking
• Promote and sell Home Loan & LAP products
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
• Assist clients with documentation and loan application process
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred)
• Fresher with interest in sales & banking sector
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
• Willingness to do field sales
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

---

Salary:

18,000  to 22,000 per month + Incentives
