Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager Direct Sales to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our life insurance and investment product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for assigned regions
Identify new business opportunities through market research and expand reach in untapped markets
Achieve sales and profitability targets while increasing market share
Maintain high-quality standards in business acquisition
Manage and utilize sales collaterals effectively
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers
Conduct client meetings and provide suitable financial solutions
Promote and sell life insurance and investment products


Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
Up to 1 year of experience in life insurance or insurance sales preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
