Role: Area Sales Manager
Location: Aurangabad
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by managing existing and new channel partners and customers in the Marathwada territory. Identify new opportunities through market research, build strong customer relationships by providing solution-based support, and monitor market demand and competitor activities. Plan and achieve sales targets, including revenue, margins, and collections. Appoint and develop dealers and distributors to expand market reach and guide their sales teams. Ensure high service quality in line with company standards.
Candidate Profile:
B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical | Diploma (First Class)
4 to 8 years of sales experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
