Job Description

Hiring: Email Support Executive Airline Customer Support (Non-Voice)

We are hiring candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in International Email Support/Customer Support. The role involves handling customer queries via email related to airline bookings, cancellations, refunds, and travel assistance.

Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA
5 Days Working
Cab Facility Available
Rotational/Odd Hour Shifts
On-Site Job

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in international email support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills
